The service was great, and the food was quite tasty! I'm a first time customer. I tried some soup (cold day & have a bit of a cold, so soup hit the spot)! It was fast, friendly, and yummy. I was even surprised at the register by the cashier saying "that will be taken care of by us today". I was very surprised and still not sure why they comped my lunch, but that generosity certainly made a repeat customer out of me. I was very impressed with the Brown St location! 😁

Today was my first time at Potbelly's and it was wonderful ! I placed my order online and went to the store . The cashier was super friendly and sweet . I did not have to wait for my food the order was ready upon arrival. When I arrived home the food was hot and very yummy !! I would highly recommend . The restaurant was clean and the food was amazing !

Went in for an interview, seemed like a really cool, fun place to work. Really friendly staff and clean, homely environment. All in all, it wasn't a bad experience. If revisit and check out some of the many things on their menu.

Stopped here for a quick lunch with my coworker while on a lunch break from our work convention at a nearby hotel. Food was delicious, prepared quickly with friendly service, and there was live music! Just a guy with a guitar but he was pretty good and his variety of song choices provided ample discussion with my coworker. There was plenty of seating, and the place was pretty clean overall (including the bathroom). Parking was a bit scarce, but we did eventually find a spot in the lot behind the building. Would definitely visit again if life/work provides another opportunity.

Very good location. I had the skinny hammy and vegetable soup both very good and reasonable on calories. staff was very nice and very efficient.

Went there and was completely ignored. Was just trying to get a table waited in line. No hostess took my name stood there for 20 minutes still no service. People getting help but not me. It was busy, so i can understand a wait but let me know you're saving a table when one comes available.

OMG, this is the best sandwich I've had in awhile! I ordered a toasted original Italian on multigrain bread, with ham substituted for the pepperoni. I had mustard, mayo, lettuce and tomatoes on it. It had a slight smoky flavor, like pizza sometimes does. The chocolate brownie cookie was to die for! It was soft, chewy and crispy. I'l definitely be back.

Order was ready the same millisecond the Spock up confirmation said which is the exact same millisecond I arrived. Also order was 100% correct. Thank you!

Always tasty sandwiches, & good fast casual style service. I enjoy their cookies and shakes when I'm in the mood for a sweet treat. I also find the fun casual atmosphere, complete with guitar soloist at lunch sometimes, to be a nice break in my day. Overall, very good.

I love potbelly, I always get the same thing. And now they offer delivery? Awesome! Called in, placed my usual order and was quoted $5 over what I pay in the store. I asked if that included tip or was just the delivery fee (because that's hefty); the lady taking my order did not know, and put me in touch with her manager. He confirmed that my total was incorrect and that he would wave the delivery fee &charge my card accordingly. 40 minutes later I call in to confirm nothing has gone awry with my order; it has. The original order did not include the request to call upon delivery and the driver was not given a phone number, so now he cant find me. I'm glad I called when I did, so I go to get the food & I'm charged more than the manager confirmed with me. I still dont know if this is just the delivery fee or if a tip is included- no one ever answered that for me. But thankfully my food is still warm & delicious, but I do not think I will order delivery again. It was a wreck.

Snuggled right in between the Brown Street // University of Dayton Plaza, PotBelly sandwich shop gives it's customers a unique dining experience. You basically have a delicious meal ahead of you regardless of what you pick. Wish the smoothies were healthier tho.

Potbelly is a consistent, good sandwich shop. Staff are always friendly. The chili is a good addition to any meal. The food I've had has been tasty and they get customers through the line quickly. Milkshakes are very good, too. Kids love the seasonal mac and cheese. The only thing I'm never happy about is the amount of food for the price. It seems like sandwiches don't have a lot of meat or vegetables on them, which is a bit disappointing.

Potbelly has a great atmosphere, good music but not too loud so its good place to get lunch and catch up. I get the pizza sandwich, which is consistently delicious. If you like your milkshakes thick then I'd skip getting one here. More milk than shake.

This is a great place. I eat lunch here every so often. Friendly staff and savory sandwiches, what more could you ask for? Awesome milkshakes? They have those too. Get the app for rewards as well. I recommend the Wreck with everything on it.

Omg, I just had their broccoli cheddar soup. Yummy I usually visit Panera for their soup, but you guys have won over my tummy. Taste better and at a lower cost. Will be back

Always Kind, polite, and courteous. They have some of the best shakes, in my opinion. Especially, there Oreo Shake!

Staff was incredibly kind and friendly and the food was delicious! I love the new choose two option! The mac and cheese was fantastic! It's been a while since my husband and I have been to Potbelly, but from such a lovely experience, it will be in my thoughts the next time we're trying to decide where to eat!
